Allison Blackmon

Property Manager

Allison brings over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Development and Property Management to Reeves Property Management. She started that career with mixed use property development, some of the most notable being Manchester Village and Millwood Plantation in Rock Hill. This led into the property management field, in which she continued to manage large apartment communities, commercial properties and residential portfolios. She excels in the investor-owner relationship and brings those skills to ensure that the property owner is obtaining their full potential for their investment portfolio. Allison has deep roots and in-depth knowledge of Rock Hill and the surrounding areas, being a 4th generation Rock Hillian. She is a member of First Presbyterian Church having served in many roles as Sunday School teacher, Fellowship Committee and Deacon. When she is not working, Allison enjoys time spent with family and friends, her two dogs, Lola & Stella, and vacationing to her much loved Edisto Island.
